Management Plan for the El Boquerón Natural Monument (MNEB)
Through a consulting contract agreement, in conjunction with COLPROFORH, the execution and analysis of biophysical and socioeconomic diagnoses of the MNEB were carried out.
This process of arduous technical work allowed for the creation of a Management Plan as a visionary tool for implementing flora and fauna conservation strategies.
The results obtained included a quality of life level and a SWOT analysis to create strategies that allow for the conservation of the conservation targets of the Olancha protected area.
Santa Bárbara Mountain National Park
Through a consulting contract agreement, in conjunction with ASIDE, the Management Plan was updated with PANAMOSAB's renewed conservation objectives.
The update allowed for the identification of current problems through a SWOT analysis and will serve as a strategy manual for achieving the conservation objectives of ecological, cultural, and tourism values.
Nine specific plans were developed detailing strategies for each component of the protected area, ensuring socioeconomic and environmental sustainability.
Sustainable Forest Management in Olancho, Francisco Morazán, and El Paraíso

Las Delicias - El Bijagual Rescue Plan (Juticalpa, Olancho)
CONFOAS participated in the development and execution of the rescue plan for the Las Delicias-El Bijagual highway paving project in Juticalpa, Olancho.
A specialized technical document was created for the sustainable use of trees within the highway construction area.
The project promoted community development in the benefited villages, implementing mitigation measures to reduce the environmental impact.
